THE resources HUB partners with RugbyWA to champion inclusion and opportunity in women’s rugby
At THE resources HUB, we are proud to announce our new Supporting Partnership with RugbyWA — recognising Women in Rugby across Western Australia and supporting initiatives that elevate women’s participation, leadership and belonging within the game.
Our organisation works every day to open doors for individuals from diverse backgrounds — advancing employment pathways, offering inclusive recruitment and HR solutions, and supporting workforce diversity across industries. This collaboration with RugbyWA aligns with our core values: fostering equitable access, celebrating difference, and empowering people to thrive both in sport and in their careers.
Why this partnership matters
RugbyWA’s Women in Rugby Round and related events are powerful platforms that showcase the role women play at every level of the sport — from grassroots community participation, through coaching, officiating and leadership. By supporting these initiatives as a partner, THE resources HUB is contributing to efforts that:
- recognise and celebrate the strength, resilience and leadership of women in rugby,
- create welcoming and inclusive spaces where girls and women feel they belong,
- and reinforce the message that confidence built on the field translates to success in workplaces, communities and beyond.
