Jo began her career in the agriculture, freight and heavy machinery industries in Perth, WA. Throughout her 20+ years’ experience, she has worked within the mining (gold and iron ore), oil, gas and construction industries and agriculture and has attained extensive experience in Administrative Support, HR, Payroll and Accounts.
Having worked FIFO and residentially in remote areas of the North West and even Africa, Jo has a full understanding of our resources industries and the working life unique to us.

Having spent many years working for the WA State Government’s Wageline division, Leanne has a true understanding across labour relations from both an employee and employers perspective.
With detailed experience in telephone advisory support, Leanne was responsible for all recruitment and training of her team, as well as developing and nurturing stakeholder relationships, and has been an integral addition to THE resources HUB’s team providing administration support to all in the business and finding the ‘unicorn’ candidates our clients seek.
