Dani Tamati

Founder and Director │ President of the WA Mining Club │ Co-Vice Chair of CoRE Learning Foundation

With 30+ years in the Mining and Resources industries, Dani Tamati began her career with FIFO roles and residential positions in the Pilbara. She excels in creating and executing new business opportunities, managing clientele, and maintaining candidate care, with a focus on Talent Attraction, Career Development, Behavioral Profiling, Outplacement, and HR.

Starting as a Recruitment Consultant, Dani advanced to roles such as Branch Manager, Area Manager, Group HR & Recruitment Manager, and Regional Manager – Mining and Resources.

Currently, Dani is the Founder and Director of THE resources HUB™ and Resourceful Women™, and Director of emergeSAFE Pty Ltd. These companies offer specialised recruitment, career development, and HR solutions, along with consulting and training services to the resources sector.

Additionally, Dani serves as the President of the WA Mining Club as well as the Lead for External Affairs portfolio, as a Board Director and Co-Vice Chair for CoRE Learning Foundation, is a Talent Solutions Partner for Harrison Assessments International, and NPA Worldwide Area Leader for Western Australia and South Australia.

Leanne brings extensive experience from her time at Western Australia’s Wageline division, where she specialised in labour relations, recruitment, and team training within the mining and resources sector. Her strong knowledge of industry-specific workplace regulations and safety standards enables her to effectively manage complex labour issues while supporting workforce compliance and productivity.

Sienna Tamati

Having grown up in the Pilbara with both parents working in the mining industry, Sienna has a strong connection to the resources sector and a deep understanding of its unique workforce demands. She began her career at THE resources HUB as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and has quickly advanced to managing her own portfolio of clients and candidates with confidence and professionalism.

Sienna places great importance on building strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates. She takes the time to truly understand each client’s business culture, workforce needs, and long-term goals, which allows her to provide recruitment solutions that are tailored and effective.
