Recruitment Brief and Process Flow

  • Obtain detailed brief of current vacancy/ies
  • Work with client representative in relation to the required Selection Criteria/Qualifications/Experience/Company Culture
  • Prepare advertising and presentation for attraction of quality candidates through social media channels if required
  • Arrange and facilitate the interviews with client Representative/s (preferred, if required)
  • Present assessment (Harrison Assessments™) against the attributes, traits, behaviours and requirements for short listed candidates
  • Assist in shortlisting candidates
  • Present preferred candidates report to designated representatives including salary and associated employee benefits as per candidate’s expectations and in relation to the vacancy information
  • Assist in reference and background checking candidates for short listing
  • Communicate with all candidates advising of the outcome with regards to their application
  • Negotiate with the successful candidate and client Representative in relation to start date, employee benefits and additional entitlements

End to End Resourcing and Recruitment Temp and Perm Placements

  • Call the Client on the day that the candidate commences
  • Call the candidate on the day that they commence
  • Email/text once a week to ensure they are finding their temp placement suitable (both client and candidate) and mediate if required between both parties
  • One month follow-up either face-to-face or via Zoom with both the candidate and the Client Representative

If the candidate reverts to a temp to perm role, our system involves

  • Call the Client Representative on the day that the candidate commences
  • Email/text once a week to ensure they are finding their temp placement suitable (both client and candidate) and mediate if required between both parties
  • One month follow-up either face-to-face or via Zoom with both the candidate and the Client Representative
  • Provide an Exit Interview if required
