We all know that recruiting and retention of suitable candidates in this current market is something we have never been exposed to before. We now have boarders that are closed and only a select talent pool to choose from.

 THErh has a large network of candidates across several sectors and through our detailed social media campaigns, we are able to tap into a talent pool of interested candidates to see who might be interested in what your organisation offers and in turn becoming a new employee. We don’t, and never have relied on placing job ads on SEEK, we would rather source suitable candidates for our clients needs in order for them to become permanent employees with our clients direct

 We liaise consistently with our clients in reference to the end-to-end recruitment process from drafting and writing up campaigns for each role, and receive your feedback, whether you engage our team for Contract, Temp-to-Perm recruitment, Permanent Recruitment, Executive Search or Managed Services.

 We will compile as much information as we can with your team as to the most suited candidates from experience, qualifications etc and ask that each candidate fill out specific questionnaires designed for each role and we share this information with your internal team as part of the process, to ensure a ‘good fit’ for both your vacancy and the individual candidate.

 THErh team will be in constant communication with you and your relevant staff to make this as seamless as possible and work with our systems as well as your process. All data gathered for the purpose of this project/relationship will remain THErh’s and relevant candidates will be shared with FSA and we will provide communication and reports as we go through the process.

We use Harrison Assessments Talent Solutions!

Through Harrison Assessments ‘Assess for Success’ online tool, we can arrange independent behavioural tests to qualify potential candidates on a non-technical basis. These tests provide insight into a candidate’s achievement history, strengths, weakness, social skills, self-confidence, desire to compete and commitment to hard work. 

Our technical tests can be adopted as standard practice or for specific roles, depending on the client’s preference. 

Harrison Assessments Talent Solutions reporting can include the following to benchmark and test individuals

qualifications and passions in line with the company culture and specific job requirements.

Compares a person to the behavioural requirements of the job.

A development plan for each of two traits that would most improve performance for a specific person related to a specified job

Key points to manage effectively, develop and retain selected employees.

Analysis of paradoxical behaviours (optionally highlights traits related to a job).

A summary and keyword descriptions of the individual’s job-related behaviour.

An individual’s score on all the primary traits listed in order of the highest score and optionally highlights the traits related to the job.

Overview of trait relationships. Requires a HATS Consultant to provide a comprehensive interpretation of the report.

Key points that will help convince an ideal candidate to accept a particular job offer.

Worksheet with behaviourally-based interviewing questions related to the individual’s answers when benchmarking against the Job Success Analysis report

Analyses how to increase engagement through understanding employees’ expectations and related organisational behaviours.
